Complaints Procedure and Policy
As a School, we take a lot of pride in the way that we develop relationships with parents and carers. However, like all schools, there are times when you may not be happy with what has happened in school or have questions/queries that you'd like to discuss. The first port of call is always your child's class teacher. We encourage all parents/carers to come to the School's office and make an appointment to see your child's teacher. It may be possible to see your child's teacher at that point in time, if it is convenient. However, there may be occasions when you would like to take these concerns further. With this in mind, our 'Complaints Policy' is available to download from the link on this page.
